I have a family member who wants to move home from another location (including out of state). What is the process?

My employer is located off the Pueblo and I believe I was exposed. What am I required to do?

I traveled outside of the Pueblo to a potential hotspot location. What am I required to do when I return home?

I have a family member who wants to visit from another town/city/state. What are we required to do?

  • Obtain a COVID-19 test & self-quarantine until results are obtained (typically 4-5 days).

  • Provide a copy or screenshot of the results to POA Health Command and email to covid19@poamail.org

STEP 03

  • POA Health Command will provide Tribal Administration with verification of negative test results.

  • Follow-up for a permit issued by Tribal Administration by calling 505-552-6604.

  • Law Enforcement/Security will be notified of clearance.

  • Please, any violations to the Executive Order will require for individuals to follow this same process. Also note, repeated violations may result in incarceration and court fines. 

I am considered and essential employee off-Pueblo and would like to make a request to leave the Pueblo during the weekend lockdown. What should I do?

I have Non-Tribal member(s) living in my home and would like for them to remain in my residence. What should I do?

My co-parenting arrangement is for my child(ren) to leave the Pueblo on occasion. What should I do?

  • Per the approval of POA Tribal Administration, issuance of a temporary permit may be granted. 

  • Follow-up to obtain the temporary permit by calling POA Tribal offices.

STEP 03

  • Obtain a COVID-19 test & self-quarantine until results are obtained (typically 4-5 days).

  • Provide a copy or screenshot of the results to POA Health Command and email to: covid19@poamail.org

  • The POA Health Command will provide POA Tribal Administration with verification of negative test and you will be cleared. If you test positive you will be required to quarantine for 14-days prior to any reconsideration. 

  • Law Enforcement/Security will be notified of clearance. 

  • Please note, any violations to the Executive Order will require for individuals to follow this same process. Also not, repeated violations may result in incarceration and court fines. 

I am considered an essential business/contractor and I would like to request access to the Pueblo. What should I do?
